This is the fifth poster in the Hero / Jordan Buckley Every Time I Die collab poster series. This is the tour poster for their recent US Tour. Each poster starts with a beautifully drawn pen and ink linework illustration from Jordan, from there we take it and build a poster from it. We handle all the coloring, layout, typography and of course, screen printing. It has been a super fun ongoing project for us, and this time was no exception.
We finally took the time to document the printing steps. Hope you enjoy. Oh and there are still a few of these left, go ahead and buy yourself one here.

[...] CLICK HERE to read and see exactly how those super sweet EVERY TIME I DIE screen printed gig posters are made by myself and HERO DESIGN. I wish more people would blog about things that I should be blogging about. It makes it so much easier to blog from my blog cabin when you only have to blog about a blog, and not actually blog about that blogs content. So click, read, look, and learn a think or two. I know I did! [...]
This is awesome guys, I love seeing everyone’s process. Does the yellow ( 2nd color ) over print that gray halftone in your type ( 1st color )? The registration on this is spot on! Nice work.
STRAIGHT UP-AWESOME.
Killer design, Fresh colors, the ‘whole Sha-bang’!!
