Poster Celebrating the Birmingham Brewery Movement

Birmingham, Alabama-based, Magic City Post and ShopBirmingham.com commissioned us to create a series of prints to commemorate and celebrate Birmingham. Each poster focuses on an event or place that helps cast Birmingham in the positive light that it deserves on the national stage. The second print that we released in this series, late in 2011, celebrates the Birmingham Brewery Movement and the growing beer culture in the city. A portion of the proceeds from the sales of this poster goes to Free the Hops.

This is a 16″ x 20″ four-color silkscreen poster, hand printed with non-toxic water based ink, and printed on Springhill 140# ivory index stock. It is a signed and numbered edition of 100 prints. These prints are sold exclusively through ShopBirmingham.com during the holidays, and currently it is available exclusively at Birmingham local breweries – Good People Brewing Company and Avondale Brewing Company. There will likely be a second open-edition variant that will be released sometime this spring, and possibly a non-city specific version, as well. Stay tuned.
